Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kent Hytten (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeremy Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jackson is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Highway Star by Deep Purple. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Jeremy Jackson was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hytten swats away the attempt to clinch by Jackson. Hytten takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Jeremy Jackson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jackson has managed to clinch.
Hytten blocks the elbow strike.
Jackson unloads a knee to the mid-section. Hytten blocks an uppercut.

Jackson pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Jackson.

Hytten takes a knee to the side of the body. Jackson putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Hytten in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body. Hytten misses with a short punch on the inside. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Hytten scores with a shot to the side of Jackson's head. Hytten working hard to break the clinch. Jackson tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
And that's the end of the fight! Jeremy Jackson comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Jackson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today.
