Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Hubert Moss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Austin Jarvis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Hubert Moss! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Austin Jarvis! The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, James Atkins and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jarvis doesn't manage to clinch there - Moss circles away.
Jarvis tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Jarvis shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Moss fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Jarvis sprawls well initially but Moss persists and gets the takedown into half guard. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Moss lands a nice short elbow. Moss tries to stand and escape but Jarvis is controlling the position. Moss sitting and controlling from the half guard. Moss tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Jarvis. That's one minute gone in the round. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Moss in particular looking to stall.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Hubert Moss wasn't doing enough on the ground. Jarvis fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Moss tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Jarvis defends well and Moss ends up having to push Jarvis into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Moss's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Moss closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Moss is taking a breather. Jarvis says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Jarvis looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Well, if Moss is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Hubert Moss just wasn't active enough. Jarvis shoots in but no luck this time. Hubert Moss has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Austin Jarvis. Jarvis looks winded! Moss has his takedown stuffed and Jarvis counters with a nice kick to the body. Jarvis checks the leg kick. Moss swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Jarvis rushes Moss and presses him up against the cage. Moss successfully pulls guard.
Moss is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Jarvis keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Moss trying to control the pace. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Moss wants to work for an arm triangle but Jarvis is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Jarvis has hold of Moss's hands but Moss slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Moss wants to stand up but Jarvis is controlling the position.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Moss is controlling the pace.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Hubert Moss dominated that round. That's time! Moss's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Jarvis misses with a takedown and Moss moves into the clinch. Jarvis has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Moss is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Moss breaks from the clinch.
Moss tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. A momentary lapse in concentration from Jarvis enables Moss to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Jarvis manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Jarvis really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Moss. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Moss is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Moss tries to stand but Jarvis is controlling from the bottom. Moss seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Hubert Moss overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

That's better than Moss was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Jarvis is breathing heavily. Moss working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Moss cracks Jarvis with a big elbow. Moss grinds an elbow into Jarvis's temple. You can see the frustration on Jarvis's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Moss is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Moss's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

and Jarvis counters with a head kick. That will keep Moss thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

Moss scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Moss shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Jarvis napping and manages to drive through into side control! Moss landing strikes. Jarvis is trying to escape the position but Moss is controlling the position. Moss looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Jarvis can't do much from the bottom here. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Jarvis can do anything to dispel that myth. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Moss controlling from side mount. Hubert Moss dominated that second round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
Moss closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Jarvis quickly recovers to half guard. Moss passes into side control, despite Jarvis's attempt to control the position.
Moss is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Jarvis can do to turn this around? A lull in the action here. Moss is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Jarvis knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Moss advances nicely into full mount.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jarvis is controlling an arm, preventing Moss from taking his back. Although keeping him in mount is no better to be honest.
Jarvis looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back! Jarvis takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Moss has Jarvis flattened out and is raining down punches. You can see the frustration on Jarvis's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Moss controlling the position well here. Jarvis rolled but Moss kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Moss is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Jarvis has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here. Moss is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Moss is riding his opponent, not letting Jarvis buck him off. Moss is working hard for the rear naked choke here.
