Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Diego Delo Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tim Pearmine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Delo Santos comes to the cage accompanied by Last Resort. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Delo Santos uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Pearmine changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Delo Santos tries to avoid it but Pearmine manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Delo Santos to the ground. Delo Santos escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
A decent looking cross lands there for Delo Santos.
Delo Santos stuns Pearmine with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Pearmine takes a kick to the side of the head.

It looks like Tim Pearmine has been cut.
Pearmine tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Delo Santos counters with a straight right hand.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Pearmine shoots in for a takedown but Delo Santos shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Pearmine dives in for a single leg takedown but Delo Santos sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Diego Delo Santos has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tim Pearmine.
Pearmine looks winded!
Delo Santos lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Delo Santos lands a hook that snaps the head of Pearmine backwards.

Pearmine manages to pull guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Pearmine pushes a forearm under Delo Santos's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Delo Santos is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
