The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bova clinches up against the cage.
Come on Bova - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Jitsu is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Bova pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Bova misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Jitsu tries to score a body lock takedown but Bova shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Jitsu is looking to take this one to the mat.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jiu Jitsu. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Jitsu is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Bova to keep the fight standing.
Bova tries a body shot but Jitsu blocks it.
Bova breaks from the clinch.
Bova connects with a stiff jab that staggers Jitsu - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!
