The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie fails with an attempt to clinch.
Gracie takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Kee tries to clinch up but Gracie circles away and keeps his distance.
Gracie jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Kee shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Kee showed some decent athleticism there.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gracie wants to get back to full guard.
Gracie is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Kee pulls his head out easily.
