The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crawford throws a sloppy head kick and Charles moves out of range easily.
Oooooh!!! Crawford has knocked Charles down with a huge combo! Crawford steps away and waves a wobbly Charles back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
It looks like Calvin Charles has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Charles tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Crawford tries to clinch there but Charles circles away.
Crawford scores with a leg kick.
Crawford rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Charles moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Crawford buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
A combination from Crawford does no damage.
Crawford pounces like a tiger and cracks Charles with a vicious hook! Charles is down but not out! Crawford follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
