Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Halmeen Tony! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Mikey Moo! The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Johanna Lukiainen and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A looping hook to the body misses from Tony. Moo does a little dance to reset his feet. Moo tries to clinch up. Tony stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Tony wants it to stay on the feet. Tony tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Moo was well out of range. Poor timing from Tony. Tony looks to score with a jab to the body but Moo is just out of range. Moo looks for a takedown but Tony sprawls well. Mikey Moo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Moo throws a quick inside leg kick. Tony misses the shot to the body. Tony throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Moo tries to clinch up but Tony circles away and keeps his distance. Moo shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Tony as he avoids it easily. Halmeen Tony has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mikey Moo. Moo moves into the clinch successfully.

Moo goes for a takedown attempt but Tony pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

That's one minute gone in the round. Moo throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Tony. Tony is looking to wear down Moo with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Sloppy strikes from Moo. Those never looked like landing. Tony misses the shot to the body. Moo tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Tony throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Moo counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Tony tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Moo was well out of range. Poor timing from Tony. Tony swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Tony scores with a jab to the head.
Moo darts in looking for a takedown but Tony gets double underhooks and turns Moo into the cage. Tony gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Moo.
Tony lands with a short head shot on the inside. Tony pushes Moo back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. Moo is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Tony pulls him back up using the underhooks.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A shot in the inside from Tony. Moo's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Tony lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Excellent takedown into side control there by Moo. Moo has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Tony is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Moo yanks on the arm and Tony is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Moo.
