Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sergei Ivanov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zoe Washburn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Ivanov might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to HINO RUSSO. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ivanov throws a body punch but Washburn moves out of range.
Ivanov scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

It looks like Zoe Washburn has been cut.
Washburn will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Ivanov looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Washburn closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Ivanov's guard.

Washburn is trying to drag Ivanov to the mat but Ivanov just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Washburn gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Ivanov regains guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Washburn working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
Ivanov is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Ivanov throws a right and a left that Washburn avoids nicely.

Ivanov closes the distance and pushes Washburn back into the cage.
Washburn has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Ivanov is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Ivanov tries to circle away but Washburn has him pinned against the cage.
Washburn throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Ivanovs head.
Washburn wants to take the fight to the mat but Ivanov manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

Ivanov misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Washburn jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Ivanov walks away with a smile on his face. Washburn gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Washburn tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Ivanov smiles and moves away.
Ivanov feints a jab promting Washburn to slip. Ivanov then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Washburn slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Washburn looks up at the clock. Bad move! Ivanov lands a right hand from hell, dropping Washburn. Ivanov pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:56 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sergei Ivanov!
Sergei Ivanov made sure to give a little speech post fight, saying 'Estou muito feliz com a vitória, me sinto com a alma lavada, pois não concordei com o resultado de nossa primeira luta, acredito que o corte não justificaria o termino da luta de forma tão precoce, uma luta que eu estava bem melhor.
