The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Johanna Lukiainen and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Routamaa closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Hernandez's guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Routamaa in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Hernandez trying to keep a closed guard but Routamaa is proving a slippery customer.
Routamaa is in close to Hernandez's body, working some short punches and elbows.

That was a close round but I would say that Herbert Hernandez will probably get the nod.

Routamaa shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Hernandez as he jumps to the side.
Hernandez darts in looking for a takedown but Routamaa gets double underhooks and turns Hernandez into the cage.
Hernandez tries to work over Routamaa's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Routamaa wants the takedown. Hernandez is fighting it off but Routamaa persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Hernandez's guard against the cage.
Routamaa looking to sit in guard and control but Hernandez gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Routamaa throws a few rabbit punches from the bottom. Hernandez was waiting for it though - now Routamaa's arm is in the perfect position for an arm triangle - he's tightening it up and Routamaa is forced to tap out before he takes a nap! Very clever counter grappling there from Hernandez!
