Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Colby Hines (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George Lion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Colby Hines! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, George Lion! The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Seu Braga and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lion looking to score a takedown here. Hines is defending well but Lion drives through and ends up in Hines's guard. Lion tries to stand but Hines is controlling from the bottom. Lion trying to control but Hines is working from the bottom. Lion slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Lion stopping the sweep attempt from Hines. Lion trying to control the position from guard on top but Hines is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. George Lion wasn't active enough on the ground. Hines shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Lion pinned against the cage. Lion gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hines closes the distance and clinches up with Lion, looking for a takedown. Hines pushes Lion against the cage but Lion circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Lion digs a good body shot into Hines's ribs. Hines is looking to clinch but Lion is avoiding it.
Lion throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Hines tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Lion is in Hines's guard. Lion is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Lion wants to get up but he can't break Hines's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Hines knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Lion on the ground. Lion postures up.
Hines can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Lion controls the pace.
That's two minutes gone in the round. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
OK we're going to have a standup here. George Lion hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Lion darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Hines has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Lion is working away from the top position though. Lion is keen to just control but Hines is a slippery customer. Lion is trying to work for a kimura but Hines is defending well.
Lion is figuring out what he wants to do next.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hines looks like he's trying to stand up.
Lion tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Hines. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Lion is controlling the pace.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Lion wants to take a breather but Hines is having none of it.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. George Lion wasn't active enough on the ground. Hines tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Lion defends well and Hines ends up having to push Lion into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Colby Hines. That's going to take a lot out of him. Lion prevents a takedown attempt there.
Lion breaks from the clinch.
Lion closes the distance and pushes Hines back into the cage. Lion breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Lion. Hines has closed the distance and engaged Lion in a clinch.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Lion escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Hines finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
George Lion dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Hines lands with a straight right. Lion didn't see that one coming. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Hines. Hines scores with a shot to the body.
Hines leaves Lion with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Hines shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Lion sprawls well. Lion wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Hines gets slowly back to his feet. Hines fails with a takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Colby Hines. That's going to take a lot out of him. Horrible takedown by Lion or perhaps it was just good defense by Hines which made him look bad.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hines shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Lion as he avoids it easily. Lion circles away from the clinch attempt.
Hines really is a fat lump. Lion darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Hines trying to control here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Lion trying to work for an americana but Hines has managed to regain full guard.
Lion wants to control from the top but Hines keeps moving.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hines is trying to hold Lion in close to prevent damage but Lion has managed to pass into half guard.
Hines is refusing to be controlled, as Lion sits in half guard. Lion controlling the action here. Lion wants to stand up but Hines is controlling the position.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Lion sitting and controlling from the half guard. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Lion wants to take a breather but Hines is having none of it.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. George Lion wasn't active enough on the ground. Lion shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Lion trying to control but Hines is working from the bottom. Lion controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Lion drops back looking for a leg! Hines is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Hines manages to kick Lion off! Lion jumps back into Hines's guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lion controls from within his opponent's guard. Lion is pushing down on Hines's leg trying to pass to half guard. Hines is fighting to maintain full guard but Lion has managed to sneak the leg through. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Hines manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Lion keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage. Lion breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
George Lion showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Hines misses with a takedown attempt - Lion sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Lion shoots in and gets a takedown into Hines's guard. Lion trying to control but Hines is working from the bottom. Lion throws a big right hand that misses. Lion is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Lion working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Hines's head. Lion postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Lion is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Lion postures up and lands a big shot to Hines's brow.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lion passes Hines's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Lion content to control rather than advance. Hines avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Lion. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Lion in particular looking to stall. Lion is trying to control the action in half guard but Hines is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Lion is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

George Lion has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Hines avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Lion shoots in but Hines avoids the takedown attempt easily. Hines shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Lion sprawls well. Lion wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Hines gets slowly back to his feet. Lion throws a jab when Hines was well out of range. Hines slips a jab and a cross from Lion.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Lion. Hines wants to clinch and Lion holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hines tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Lion just stands there and leans against the cage. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Colby Hines. That's going to take a lot out of him. Lion has picked Hines up - he's going for a ride! Lion dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. Lion takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Hines looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Nice strikes from Lion there. Lion is looking for submissions but instead, Hines has regained full guard.
Lion wants to get up but he can't break Hines's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Hines keeping moving, preventing Lion from controlling successfully.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lion postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Hines can't keep his opponent in guard - Lion advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Lion tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Hines. Lion is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Hines doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Lion. This has been an exciting period of action! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Hines tries to roll over but Lion keeps him under control.
And that's the end of the fight! George Lion comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Lion has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
