Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cable Carson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kanchai Suya (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Kanchai Suya!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Yuuki Gou and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Suya lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
A big right from Carson misses.
Suya misses with a body shot.
Carson misses with an uppercut. Suya saw that one coming.
Suya stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Suya throws a hook to the side of Carson's head but Carson sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Carson blocks a jab.
Suya tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Carson paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Suya works over Carson's head and body with a nice combination.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Carson is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Suya.
Kanchai Suya seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Suya swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Carson.
Carson throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Carson takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Suya buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Carson seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Suya bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Suya lands with a hook. Carson tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Carson closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Carson thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Carson lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Carson has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Carson is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Well, if Carson is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
We're going to have a standup here because Cable Carson wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.

Suya throws a lazy right hand but Carson sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Suya wants to clinch.
Carson moves out of range of the strikes.
Suya blocks a jab.
A big left from Carson misses.
A jab from Suya misses.
Suya's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Carson connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Suya scrambles back to his feet.
Suya digs a good body shot into Carson's ribs.
Suya throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Carson drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Suya takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Suya avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Carson.
Suya takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Carson cracks Suya with an elbow. That is naaassty.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Suya can do anything to dispel that myth.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Kanchai Suya will probably get the nod.
That's time! Carson's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Suya tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Carson manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
The fight stays on the outside here - Suya looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Carson shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Carson was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Carson will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Carson is looking to take a break and control but Suya is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Suya seems a little lost for a moment, as Carson dominates the positioning.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. And we move into the final round!
Suya moves away from the strike by Carson.
Suya drops Carson with a beautiful combination! Carson stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Suya is looking for the KO!
It looks like Cable Carson has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Suya fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Carson.

Carson drops his hands for a split second and Suya immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Carson face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Suya follows up with a right hand that knocks Carson into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!
