Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Buddy Marsh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt Robertson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Buddy Marsh! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Matt Robertson! The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Vladimir Khabensky and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Robertson has managed to clinch.
Robertson decides to pull guard. Marsh stands up and waves to Robertson to follow him. Marsh with a poor takedown and Robertson counters by moving into the clinch. Robertson is looking to take this one to the mat. Robertson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Robertson lands with a thumping leg kick.
Marsh really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Marsh misses with a head kick.
Robertson should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Marsh shoots in looking for a takedown. Robertson tries to sprawl out of it but Marsh keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Robertson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Marsh shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Robertson but Robertson pushes him off and we're back to square one. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Buddy Marsh. That's going to take a lot out of him. Nice sprawl there from Robertson as Marsh shoots in. Robertson leaves Marsh with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Marsh moves into the clinch. Robertson pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Marsh. Marsh shoots in looking for a takedown. Robertson tries to sprawl out of it but Marsh keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Robertson jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Marsh walks away with a smile on his face. Robertson gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Robertson keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Robertson wants to clinch up but Marsh keeps it at a distance. Robertson takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Robertson misses with a straight right. Robertson stuffs the takedown attempt from Marsh. Marsh gets slowly back to his feet. No joy there for Robertson, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Robertson shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Marsh manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Marsh keeping full guard, as Robertson tries to pass.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Robertson is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Robertson is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Robertson must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Robertson stands and steps away. Marsh gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Robertson closes the distance and clinches up with Marsh, looking for a takedown. Robertson pushes Marsh against the cage but Marsh circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Robertson stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Robertson wants it to stay on the feet. Robertson rushes Marsh and presses him up against the cage. With the fighters up against the cage, Marsh throws an elbow but misses. Robertson jumps guard but Marsh stands there with Robertson around his waist. Robertson gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Marsh is trying to break free. Robertson's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Marsh throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Robertson lands with a shot to the body. This has been an exciting period of action! Robertson fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Marsh clinches with his opponent.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Matt Robertson dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Marsh will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Robertson checks a leg kick nicely. Marsh closes this distance looking for a takedown but Robertson circles away. Robertson shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Marsh sprawls well. Marsh wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Robertson gets slowly back to his feet. Robertson dives in and scores a takedown into Marsh's guard. Robertson trying to control the position from guard on top but Marsh is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Marsh is working an open guard so Robertson takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Marsh gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Robertson to score an easy takedown into full guard. Marsh is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Robertson got a little sloppy there for a moment and Marsh has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Robertson has managed to get both his arms back between Marsh's legs - danger averted. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Robertson working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Robertson trying to control the position from guard on top but Marsh is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Matt Robertson hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Robertson fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Marsh has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Marsh displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Robertson.

He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Robertson stands and throws Marsh's legs to the side, diving into side control. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Marsh tries to get back to half guard but can't. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Marsh has had enough of the clinch but Robertson keeps him there for the moment. Marsh is working for takedown but Robertson is calmly controlling the position for now. Robertson jumps guard and drags Marsh to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Matt Robertson has got the better of the ground game so far. Marsh preventing the sweep. Marsh tries to free his leg and advance position but Robertson is retaining full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Robertson is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Marsh will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Robertson trying to control the position.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Matt Robertson wasn't active enough on the ground. Marsh misses with a low kick. Marsh shoots in for a takedown but Robertson shows good takedown defense. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Buddy Marsh. That's going to take a lot out of him. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Marsh misses with a series of wild punches.

Marsh tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Robertson is in Marsh's guard. Robertson keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Marsh's head. Robertson tries to free his leg and advance position but Marsh is retaining full guard. Robertson content to stall in guard here. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Marsh looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Robertson slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Robertson gets to his feet - Marsh follows without any prompting. Marsh wants to clinch up but Robertson keeps it at a distance. Robertson changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Marsh looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Marsh is looking to regain half guard here but Robertson keeps moving and retains side control. Robertson wants to take a breather but Marsh manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Robertson. Robertson pushing down on Marsh's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.

Robertson not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Robertson looks to score some points with some ground and pound. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Marsh is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Robertson scores with a couple of nice shots.
And that's the end of the fight! Matt Robertson comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Robertson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
