Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Timmy Jarvis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Reymart Malsi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Timmy Jarvis! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Reymart Malsi! The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Summer Carpenter and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Malsi connects with a body shot. Jarvis circles away from the clinch attempt.
Malsi rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Jarvis moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Malsi should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Malsi throws a body punch but Jarvis moves out of range. Jarvis has a takedown stuffed. Malsi looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Malsi moves in looking to clinch but Jarvis pushes him off. Jarvis misses with a body shot.
Jarvis closes this distance looking for a takedown but Malsi circles away. Jarvis drives through and clinches with Malsi against the cage.
Jarvis pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Malsi defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Jarvis. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Timmy Jarvis. That's going to take a lot out of him. Malsi misses with an uppercut. Jarvis saw that one coming. Malsi closes the distance and pushes Jarvis back into the cage. Malsi's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. That's one minute gone in the round. Malsi with a nice cross. Jarvis really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Malsi moves out of range of the body kick from Jarvis.
Malsi tries to clinch but Jarvis is having none of it. Jarvis shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Malsi defends it nicely. Jarvis circles away from the clinch attempt and Jarvis counters with a right hand to the body. Malsi tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Jarvis cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Malsi keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.

It looks like Timmy Jarvis has been cut. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Jarvis tries to keep at a distance but Malsi has taken the fight into the clinch. Oh Jarvis is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Malsi breaks from the clinch.
The fight moves into the clinch position. Jarvis jumps guard but Malsi stands there with Jarvis around his waist. Jarvis gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Malsi closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Malsi has eaten all the pies! A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Jarvis seems to have got his legs back now. Jarvis drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Jarvis is breathing heavily. Malsi misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Jarvis.

Malsi's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Jarvis moves into the clinch. Malsi missing with knees to the body.

Malsi tries to bum rush Jarvis with a series of wild strikes but Jarvis uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Jarvis ducks down and throws a hook to the body. A looping hook to the body misses from Malsi. Jarvis does a little dance to reset his feet. Jarvis avoids a punch combination nicely.
Jarvis shoots for a takedown but Malsi saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Jarvis moves into the clinch. Jarvis blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Jarvis wants to get back to striking at distance but Malsi won't allow it.

Reymart Malsi dominated that round. The cut man is working on Timmy Jarvis's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Reymart Malsi showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Timmy Jarvis's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Timmy Jarvis has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Reymart Malsi is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Jarvis throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Malsi.
And that's the end of the fight! Reymart Malsi comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Malsi has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
