Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Wyatt Tate (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mannyac Pac (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mannyac Pac is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mannyac Pac!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Chris Downing and Robert Twigg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pac doesn't manage to clinch there - Tate circles away.
Pac fails with an attempt to clinch.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Tate.

Tate closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Pac to the mat! Pac manages to get full guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Tate pushing down on Pac's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
Pac is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Tate's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Tate's back!
Tate is in bad spot here.
Pac gets his hands free as Tate looks to control.
Tate is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Pac is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Tate could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Pac has the hooks in. Tate is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.

Tate tries to break free.

Pac is trying to stick to Tate's back but Tate is turning into Pac. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Pac's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Tate.
Pac can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Tate controls the pace.
Tate trying to control the position from guard on top but Pac is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Pac trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Wyatt Tate wasn't doing enough on the ground.

Pac has Tate up against the cage in a clinch.

Pac drags the fight down to the ground.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Tate wants to stand but Pac is controlling his posture from full guard.
Pac really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Tate. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Tate wants to control from the top but Pac keeps moving.

Tate postures up.

Tate avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Tate is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Pac keeping moving, preventing Tate from controlling successfully.

We're going to have a standup here because Wyatt Tate wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Tate throws the left hand but Pac avoids the punch easily.

Tate fails with a takedown attempt.
Pac moves into range and connects with a jab.
Tate looks to clinch
and Pac counters with a left to the body.
Pac misses with a low kick.
Pac fails with the takedown

and Tate counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Tate.
Tate has Pac pressed against the cage, preventing Pac from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Tate has picked Pac up - he's going for a ride! Tate dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Pac is trying to maintain the position but Tate is very close to passing his half guard.

Tate is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Pac is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
