Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gus Stein (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michal Kopec (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Michal Kopec has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Gus Stein's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Gus Stein! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Michal Kopec! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Daniel Bishop and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kopec misses with a body kick. Stein shoots in for a takedown but Kopec shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Kopec goes for a double leg but Stein avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Stein continues to drive forward. Stein really is a fat lump. Kopec wants a takedown but no success here.
Stein keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Kopec's efforts to push away. Kopec is trying to break free. Kopec is trying to drag Stein to the mat but Stein just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Gus Stein has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Michal Kopec. Stein wants a takedown.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Stein jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Kopec walks away with a smile on his face. Stein gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Stein gets tackled into the cage by Kopec. Kopec maintains the clinch. Kopec tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Stein just stands there and leans against the cage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Stein changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Kopec fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Stein stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Stein wants it to stay on the feet. Kopec shoots in but Stein avoids the takedown attempt easily. Kopec looks winded! It looks like Michal Kopec has been cut. Kopec feints a jab promting Stein to slip. Kopec then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Stein slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Stein rushes Kopec and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Kopec is trying to push Stein away but Stein has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Kopec jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Stein walks away with a smile on his face. Kopec gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Kopec shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Stein wants to clinch. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Kopec has taken the fight to the clinch.

Kopec escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Kopec throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Horrible takedown by Kopec or perhaps it was just good defense by Stein which made him look bad. Gus Stein has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Michal Kopec. Kopec is breathing heavily. Stein throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Kopec stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Stein shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Kopec sprawls well. Kopec wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Stein gets slowly back to his feet. Stein closes the distance and clinches. Stein goes for a takedown in the clinch but Kopec prevents it.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Kopec creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Stein jumps guard but Kopec turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Kopec is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Stein to keep the fight standing. Stein unloads a knee to the mid-section.

Kopec dives in and grabs Stein's left leg, looking for a takedown. Stein pushes down on Kopec's head and hops out. Stein gets in close and instigates a clinch. Kopec tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Stein smiles and moves away.
Stein fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Kopec has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Stein fails with the takedown. Michal Kopec seems to be getting the better of the standup. Kopec misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Stein scores with a hook to the body. Kopec takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Kopec stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Stein swivels though and keeps the full guard. Stein looking to hit a scissor sweep but Kopec is one step ahead there. Kopec is stalling in the full guard. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Kopec scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Michal Kopec. I think Kopec has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
