The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Thiago Cunha and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Colchev moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
A head kick misses from Colchev.
Colchev misses with a body kick.
Colchev swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Hartman counters with a stiff right hand.
Hartman moves in looking to clinch but Colchev pushes him off.
Hartman really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Colchev tries a head kick but it misses.
Hartman shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Colchev defends it nicely.
Colchev missing with a left hand there. Hartman was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Colchev connects with an inside leg kick.
Hartman is trying hard to land a takedown here. Colchev sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Hartman shoots for a double leg takedown but Colchev sprawls well. He's pushed Hartman's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Chris Hartman. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Colchev scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Colchev and Hartman are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Colchev throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Hartman into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Colchev knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.
