The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Yukihiro Shimada and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kearney moves into the clinch.
Kearney stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Barron misses with a punch to the body.
Kearney is trying to break the clinch but Barron is controlling him.
Barron really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Kearney has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Barron jumps into guard, dragging Kearney to the mat.
Kearney is pushing down on Barron's leg trying to pass to half guard. Barron is fighting to maintain full guard but Kearney has managed to sneak the leg through.
Kearney decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Kearney shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Barron eats them both and turns towards Kearney to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Kearney is trying to force a seperation but Barron has the dominant position.
Kearney has had enough of the clinch but Barron keeps him there for the moment.
Kearney prevents a takedown attempt there.

Oh Barron is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Kearney looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Barron slips a jab and a cross from Kearney.
OH! Barron has been rocked by a huge right hand and is in deep trouble! Kearney smells blood and charges in for the finish! Kearney unloads a vicious overhand right and connects to the jaw of Barron sending him face first to the canvas! Unbelievable!
