Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ed Gein (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aiden ORielly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gein comes to the cage accompanied by Dead Skin Mask. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
29 - 11 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ed Gein! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
40 - 17 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Aiden ORielly! The judges for this bout are James Glass, Chris Edwards and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gein is looking to clinch but ORielly is avoiding it.
Gein avoids the head kick by ORielly.
Gein tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but ORielly was well out of range. Poor timing from Gein. ORielly throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Gein stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. ORielly takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. ORielly connects with a leg kick. Gein looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. ORielly scores with a takedown into Gein's guard. ORielly trying to control the position from guard on top but Gein is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Gein is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. ORielly sitting in guard, not really doing much. Gein is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. ORielly thows a left - swing and a miss!
That's one minute gone in the round. ORielly with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Gein to score with a decent uppercut. Gein misses with the body kick and ORielly counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Gein's guard now. Gein looking to hit a scissor sweep but ORielly is one step ahead there. Gein wants to improve his position but instead ORielly has moved into half guard.
Gein works his way to full guard. Good work. Gein tries to land a sweep but no joy. ORielly's corner is telling him to maintain position. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. ORielly throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Gein controlling the position. ORielly in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Gein is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. ORielly has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. ORielly slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Ed Gein has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Gein tries to clinch but ORielly moves away and ORielly counters with a lovely shot to the body.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gein throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Gein throws a push kick but ORielly slaps the foot to one side. ORielly takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
ORielly lands with a good body shot. ORielly takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. ORielly slips a straight right by Gein. Some wild striking there from ORielly.
ORielly steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Gein. Gein swings and misses with a hook to the body.
ORielly misses with a wild body shot. Gein tries a head kick but it misses.
ORielly lands with a straight right. Gein didn't see that one coming. Gein walks into a left hand. ORielly uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Gein.

That's four minutes gone in the round. ORielly sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Gein is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! You can see the frustration on Gein's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Gein is positioning himself to get back to half guard. ORielly landing a few strikes. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. ORielly lands a few punches from side control. ORielly cracks Gein with an elbow. That is naaassty. ORielly tries to advance to mount but can't. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Gein is trying to improve his position. ORielly working the ground and pound. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Aiden ORielly dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Gein throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Gein misses with a straight right. We've been told by Gein's head coaches at Manu's Kiwi Beer Barn - PIT Inc. that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. ORielly throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. ORielly avoids the body shot from Gein.
Gein is looking to score with low kicks. ORielly connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Gein stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Gein wants it to stay on the feet. Gein fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
ORielly misses with a body kick. A nice combination there by ORielly.

Gein explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Gein closes the distance looking to clinch enabling ORielly to counter with a crisp jab. A big left from ORielly misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gein lands a nice leg kick that just misses ORielly's sensitive parts. ORielly throws a quick inside leg kick. Ed Gein seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. ORielly lands a jab to Gein's midsection. ORielly cracks the inside of Gein's front leg. ORielly slips under a jab. ORielly takes a swing at Gein's ribcage but misses. Nice straight punches there by Gein. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Gein. Gein defends well against a solid takedown attempt from ORielly. Gein throws a quick head kick that skims the top of ORielly's head. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! ORielly lands with a straight right. Gein didn't see that one coming. ORielly gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. A swing and a miss from Gein. Ed Gein is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Gein shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gein throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
ORielly is rocked! Gein connects with a body shot. ORielly is still on wobbly legs! Can Gein finish him? ORielly takes a body punch but keeps moving. ORielly seems to have recovered his senses. Gein lands a really nice looking cross but ORielly seems unphased.
ORielly throws a body kick that misses. ORielly lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Gein misses with a body kick. Gein tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Gein tests ORielly's chin there with a solid looking shot. ORielly avoids the body shot from Gein.

ORielly lands a nice looking body kick. Gein throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Gein tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

He's pushed ORielly's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Ed Gein has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Aiden ORielly. Gein tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. ORielly avoids a kick to the body.
Gein dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Gein ducks down and throws a hook to the body but ORielly moves away. ORielly connects with a good right hand that stumbles Gein. Gein circles away out of range and recomposes himself. ORielly ducks under a wild hook from Gein. ORielly closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Gein did well to prevent ORielly getting side control. Gein gets back to full guard.
Gein has ORielly pulled in close to control his posture. Gein preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Gein pulls ORielly in close to his closed guard and prevents ORielly from doing any damage or advancing position. Gein controls ORielly momentarily but ORielly frees himself. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Gein seems keen to control ORielly's posture. The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
We're going to have a standup here because Ed Gein wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Gein blocks a leg kick. ORielly throws a half hearted mid kick. Gein looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
A jab from Gein does it's job there. ORielly moves forwards but Gein connects with a nice, crisp jab. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Gein throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Gein wants to clinch up but ORielly keeps it at a distance. ORielly on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Gein lands with a good body shot. Gein throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by ORielly. Gein looks to land a left hand but ORielly moved out of range nicely. ORielly ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Gein moves away. ORielly avoids the body shot from Gein.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Gein, as that shot connected.
ORielly moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Gein swings and misses with a shot to the body and Gein takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Gein cracks the inside of ORielly's front leg. Gein throws a nice looking combination but ORielly bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Gein tries a head kick but it misses.

ORielly dips down and scores with a jab to the body. ORielly scores with a hook. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Gein pushing out the jab but it's not landing.

Gein throws a leg kick which misses ORielly's front leg but catches the back leg as ORielly tries to avoid it. Gein moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Gein looks to land a right hand but ORielly moved out of range. Gein throws a hook but ORielly avoids it easily. Gein connects with an inside leg kick. The fight stays on the outside here - Gein looks like he's thinking about clinching though. A head kick misses from Gein.
That's two minutes gone in the round. ORielly tries to score a power double leg takedown but Gein sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten ORielly somewhat. The fighters circling - Gein throws out the jab but it was never going to land. ORielly throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! ORielly uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Gein. Both fighters circling a little - Gein finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. Gein misses with the combination.

That's three minutes gone in the round. ORielly has a takedown stuffed. The fight stays on the outside here - Gein looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Nice shot by Gein. Gein lunges at ORielly with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by ORielly's hand. A big right from Gein misses. ORielly fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Ed Gein has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Aiden ORielly. Gein throws a leg kick and ORielly counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. ORielly connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Gein throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Gein throws a lazy right hand but ORielly sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Gein slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Gein throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
