Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Emmanual Haysus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Ryan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ryan has chosen I'd Love to Knock the Hell out of You by Hank Williams, Jr as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Emmanual Haysus!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 10 - 0, fighting out of London, Daniel Ryan!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, James Atkins and Daniel Bishop.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haysus misses with a body kick.

Haysus misses with a few strikes there.
Haysus has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Bad Pluto! in the buildup to the fight.
Ryan drops his hands momentarily and Haysus takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Emmanual Haysus seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ryan fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Ryan is a very stocky fighter. Infact he's such a weird shape that he's almost like some sort of comedy character - it's hard to believe he's real.
Haysus misses with a hook. Ryan ducked under it nicely.

Haysus rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Ryan moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Sloppy strikes from Haysus. Those never looked like landing.
Ryan shoots in but no luck this time.

Ryan shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Haysus as he jumps to the side.
Emmanual Haysus has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Daniel Ryan.
Haysus swings for the body but Ryan moves out of range.
Haysus throws a half hearted mid kick.

Haysus fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Ryan checks it well.
Emmanual Haysus is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Haysus looks to throw the jab but Ryan is out of range.
Haysus scores with a nice strike.
Ryan shoots for a double leg takedown but Haysus sprawls well. He's pushed Ryan's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
A slow jab from Haysus misses its intended target.
Haysus throws a nice looking combination but Ryan bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

and Ryan counters with a nice double leg into guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Ryan postures up in Haysus's guard and throws a big left but Haysus blocks it.
Haysus tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Haysus is trying to control the position but Ryan postures up.
Haysus wants to sweep here but Ryan controlling him for the moment.
Ryan with a flurry of punches that miss.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Ryan passes Haysus's left leg - he's now in half guard.

Ryan is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Haysus knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Ryan on the ground.
Haysus looks like he's trying to stand up.
Ryan thows a huge punch but Haysus dodges it nicely.

Ryan is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Haysus is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Daniel Ryan!
Daniel Ryan decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
