Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Klas Ondahl (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Duke Ellington (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Duke Ellington will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
16 - 14 - 2, fighting out of New York, Klas Ondahl! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
12 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Duke Ellington! The judges for this bout are John Roberts, David Schapiro and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ellington tries to bum rush Ondahl with a series of wild strikes but Ondahl uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Ellington lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Ellington. Ellington circles away from the clinch attempt.
Ondahl throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Ellington was covering up waiting for the punch and Ondahl finishes the takedown easily into guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ellington utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Ondahl pushes down on Ellington's leg and manages to get into half guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Ondahl tries to pass to full mount but Ellington defends it. Ondahl sitting and controlling from the half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ondahl's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Ondahl is pressing down on Ellington's thigh, looking to free his foot. Ellington is holding on for now. Ellington really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ondahl. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Ondahl throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Klas Ondahl wasn't doing enough on the ground. Ondahl will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Ellington lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Ondahl at a distance.
Ondahl takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Ellington takes a swing at Ondahl's ribcage but misses. Ellington connects with a leg kick. Ondahl looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ellington stuffs the takedown. Ellington lands a jab to the nose. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Ellington dips to his left and cracks Ondahl with an uppercut! Ondahl shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Klas Ondahl. That's going to take a lot out of him. Ellington lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
The fighters circle, before Ellington throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Ondahl's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Ellington lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
