Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dat Sik (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Billy Do (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
20 - 16 - 6, fighting out of Tokyo, Dat Sik! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
17 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Billy Do! The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Shirou Masuda and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sik uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Do. Do throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Do jabbing away but nothing is landing. Sik keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Do. Sik slips a jab from Do. Sik throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Do's head. Do misses with a hook. Sik ducked under it nicely. Sik throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Do does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Do misses with a double jab.
Sik has been working on his boxing with his coaches at TOUGH DOJO-family dojo for best result in the buildup to the fight. Sik moves out of range of the strikes. Sik wants to clinch up but Do keeps it at a distance. Do throws a looping overhand right but Sik ducks down to avoid it. Do jabs Sik right on the nose. Sik blinks but takes it well. Do throws a head kick that misses. Sik pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Do back to the cage. Sik follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Sik pulls out of a head kick attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round. Do looks to land a right hand but Sik moved out of range. Sik avoids the head kick by Do.
Do lands with a nice combination. Sik backs away looking to recover. A telegraphed right hand from Do misses the target. Do throws the left hand but Sik avoids the punch easily. Do lands with a thumping leg kick.
Do throws a hook but Sik avoids it easily. Do dives in for a single leg takedown but Sik sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Do using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.
Sik on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Do blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Do throws an elbow that misses.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Sik blocks an elbow strike. Do tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Sik avoids it. Sik misses with a hook to the ribs.
Sik lands with a short punch from the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sik misses with a punch on the inside.
Do prevents a body shot from Sik. Do pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. With the fighters up against the cage, Do throws an elbow but misses. Sik misses with some punches.
Sik slows down the pace here.
A short left from Sik. Do is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Sik is defending well for now. Sik gets through Do's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Sik lands with a left to the head. Sik throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Dos head. With the two fighters working up against the cage, Do just misses with a elbow thrown towards Sik's brow. Do is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Sik is defending well for now. Sik lands a right hand. Do lands an elbow inside. Sik's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Sik blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Sik misses with a hook to the ribs.
Sik trying to control the position but instead, Do has worked for underhooks and has pushed Sik into the cage. With the two fighters working up against the cage, Do just misses with a elbow thrown towards Sik's brow. Do with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
A bit of stalling here from Sik.

Do misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Sik.
Do swings widly with a right hand
and Sik counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Do is lucky that one didn't land flush. Sik misses with a head kick.
Do connects with a right hand. Sik shakes it off. Do feints and as Sik raises his hands in defense, Do changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Do in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Do trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Do loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Do throwing strikes but missing. Do throws a big elbow that misses. Do missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Sik is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Do postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Do trying to control the position from guard on top but Sik is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Do working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Billy Do dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Sik keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Dat Sik is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Sik throws a head kick but Do moves out of range.
Sik tries to bum rush Do with a series of wild strikes but Do uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Do throws out a loose jab but Sik uses good head movement to avoid it. Do fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Sik throws a right and a left that Do avoids nicely. Do pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Sik stuffs the takedown. Dat Sik has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Billy Do. Some wild striking there from Do.
Do looks to land a left hand but Sik moved out of range nicely. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Do, as that shot connected.
Do fails with a takedown attempt. Sik gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Do to score an easy takedown into full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sik manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Do manages to get himself to full guard.
Do tries to land a sweep but no joy. Sik trying to control but Do is working from the bottom. Do wants to sweep here but Sik controlling him for the moment. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Sik accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Do being controlled here, momentarily.
Dat Sik has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Sik walks into a left hand. A slow jab from Do misses its intended target. Do avoids the head kick by Sik.
Sik drops his hands momentarily and Do takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Do loads up on a big right hand but Sik slips the punch. Do dives in and grabs Sik's left leg, looking for a takedown. Sik pushes down on Do's head and hops out. Sik avoids the body shot from Do.
Billy Do seems to be getting the better of the standup.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sik lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Do throws a leg kick but Sik sees it coming and moves out of range. Do shoots in for a double leg but Sik sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Do blocks a head kick by Sik.
Do throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Sik sees it coming and avoids it easily. Do will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Do dives in and grabs Sik's left leg, looking for a takedown. Sik pushes down on Do's head and hops out. Sik takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Do misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Sik.
A head kick from Sik lands but Do takes it in his stride. Sik slips a straight right by Do. Do misses with a two punch combination.
Sik checks the leg kick nicely there.
Do throws a right hand that misses
and Sik counters with a big head kick but Do shrugs it off. Do displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Do throws a hook but Sik avoids it easily. A head kick misses from Sik. Do misses with a wild combination.
Do with a lazy takedown attempt and Sik counters with a big head kick but Do shrugs it off. Do is breathing heavily. Do takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Do paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Do shoots in but Sik avoids the takedown attempt easily. Do misses with a lunging right hand
and Sik counters with a series of strikes. Do will be more careful next time no doubt. Do throws a lazy right hand but Sik sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Sik throws a head kick that misses. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Sik throws a head kick but Do moves out of range.
A punch combination from Do misses. Do shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. A swing and a miss from Do. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Billy Do will probably get the nod - 10:9. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

and Sik counters with a nice uppercut. Do takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Do lands a jab to the nose. Sik uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Do. Do shoots in for a takedown but Sik shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Sik lands with an uppercut that bounces Do off the cage and back into range. Sik throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Do throws a combination that misses and Sik counters with a two punch combo. Do throws a hook but Sik blocks it. Sik tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Do throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Sik counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Do fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Sik. Do has his takedown stuffed and Sik counters with a right hand to the body. Do takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Do misses with a looping right. Sik lands a high kick!
Do ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Sik moves away. A low kick from Do is predictable there and Sik counters with a head kick.
Do is rocked! Do throws a looping overhand right but Sik ducks down to avoid it. Do is still on wobbly legs! Can Sik finish him? Do throws a body punch but Sik moves out of range. Do seems to have recovered his senses. Dat Sik is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Sik slaps away a takedown attempt from Do, before circling back to the center of the mat. Dat Sik has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Billy Do. Do throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Sik dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Do takes a body punch but keeps moving. Do will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Do tried to score with a low kick but Sik checks it. Do throws a combination that misses and Sik counters with a one-two to the body. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Do throws a hook but Sik blocks it. Sik connects with a high kick. Do shoots in but no luck this time. Do throws the left hand but Sik avoids the punch easily. No joy there for Do, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Sik staying out of range there. Do takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Do changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. A decent looking cross lands there for Sik. Do misses with a looping right. Sik throws a sloppy head kick and Do moves out of range easily. Sik keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Do. Do swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Do rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Sik counters with a two punch combo. Do takes a swing at Sik's ribcage but misses. Sik slips a straight right by Do. Do throws a right hand that misses
and Sik counters with a head kick that crumples his opponent - he's in a world of trouble! Sik looks at the referee who does nothing so Sik lands a crushing right that sends Do to the floor! This time the ref steps in to end the fight.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dat Sik! Dat Sik retains his welterweight title! A relieved looking Dat Sik thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
