Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bryan Vang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Louis Cypher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bryan Vang has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Paul Aken and Daniel Blasius.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vang blocks the body kick.

Vang shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Vang moves nicely into side control.
Vang wants to stand but Cypher has his arm trapped.
Vang taking a breather here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Vang has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Vang is putting a hurting on Cypher here, landing some big shots from side control.

Cypher manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.

Vang wants to pass the guard but Cypher is defending well.

Vang is nestled in close to Cypher, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Vang takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Vang is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Cypher doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Vang.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Cypher wants to improve his position but Vang is controlling well.
Cypher is looking to control Vang's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Cypher avoid being mounted?
Vang is keen to just control but Cypher is a slippery customer.

Vang seems to be working for a kimura but Cypher defends the submission attempt.
Cypher is trying to control but Vang manages to pass to mount!

Cypher is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Vang cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Cypher is trying desperately to improve position.

Cypher looks to clinch

and Vang counters with a nice double leg into side control. Cypher won't be happy with that.
Cypher tries to improve position but can't.

Vang is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Cypher knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Bryan Vang overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Cypher wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!

Cypher bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
Vang wants to stand up but Cypher is controlling him.
Cypher really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Vang. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Cypher tries to free his leg and advance position but Vang is retaining full guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Bryan Vang just wasn't active enough.
Cypher moves in looking to clinch but Vang pushes him off.
Vang moves out of range of the body kick.
Vang keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Cypher throws a head kick that misses.
Cypher is breathing heavily.
Cypher doesn't succeed with the takedown

and Vang counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Cypher's guard now.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Vang has managed to clinch.

Cypher shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Vang but Vang pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Bryan Vang has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Louis Cypher.
Cypher avoids the body shot from Vang.
Cypher fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Vang avoids it really well and circles away.
Bryan Vang is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Vang fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Cypher gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Vang to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Cypher wants to control but Vang passes easily into half guard.

Vang grinds an elbow into Cypher's temple.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Vang tries to get to his feet but Cypher is in the middle of advancing position himself and ends up with Vang in his guard.

Cypher throws a jab but it's blocked by Vang.

Vang is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Cypher's half guard.
Cypher tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Vang has advanced to mount. Uh oh.

Cypher wants to control but Vang is having none of it.

Vang takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Cypher is really trying hard to get back to his feet.
Cypher tries to reverse the position but Vang maintains control.

Cypher wants to control but Vang is having none of it.
Cypher is desperately trying to improve his position but Vang has a good base and remains in mount.
Cypher takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Vang landing strikes from the mount and Cypher is in trouble!
Cypher tries to control Vang's body but Vang pushes him off. Cypher squirms to his side and now Vang has his back!
Vang slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
Vang's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Vang is cranking Cypher's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Cypher! He's tightened the choke and Cypher is tapping out!
