Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Matthew Godbolt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Outfuh Blood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Godbolt comes to the cage accompanied by Trenches by Pop Evil. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Godbolt slips a straight right by Blood.
Godbolt walks forward, straight into a front kick from Blood.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Godbolt gets a takedown into half guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Blood pushes Godbolt off looking to stand but Godbolt dives back in and keeps control.
Godbolt is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Blood sees it coming and defends easily.
Blood blocking the ground and pound attempt from Godbolt.
Godbolt looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Godbolt seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Blood does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Blood really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Godbolt. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Godbolt is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Godbolt moves nicely into side control.
Godbolt trying to control the position but Blood is working away.
Godbolt has hold of Blood's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Blood tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Godbolt cranks the arm and Blood screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Blood, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
