Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Peter Ozkelius (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Benny Quartz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Benny Quartz is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Peter Ozkelius! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Benny Quartz! The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Sam Margolis and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Quartz moves out of range of the strikes. Quartz shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Ozkelius but Ozkelius pushes him off and we're back to square one. The crowd cheers as Ozkelius lands an impressive looking overhand right. Quartz doesn't seem phased though.
It looks like Benny Quartz has been cut. Quartz slips a jab and a cross from Ozkelius.
Ozkelius fails to land with a series of punches.
Ozkelius throws a hook but Quartz avoids it easily. Ozkelius misses with an uppercut. Quartz saw that one coming. Quartz tries to clinch there but Ozkelius circles away.
Quartz misses the shot to the body. Ozkelius misses with a wild combination.
Quartz dodges the punch combination from Ozkelius.
Quartz tries to clinch and Ozkelius counters with a series of strikes. Quartz will be more careful next time no doubt. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Ozkelius closes the distance and lands a one-two. Quartz moves away from the strike by Ozkelius. Quartz shoots in for a takedown but Ozkelius shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Quartz gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Quartz has Ozkelius pressed against the cage, preventing Ozkelius from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Ozkelius misses with some punches.
A short left from Quartz. Quartz blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Ozkelius is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. An uppercut to the body lands inside from Quartz. Ozkelius tries to circle away but Quartz has him pinned against the cage. Quartz manages to break the clinch.
Ozkelius misses with a double jab.

and Quartz counters with a flying knee. Nice. Peter Ozkelius is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Quartz. Peter Ozkelius has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Benny Quartz. Quartz tries to clinch but Ozkelius is having none of it. Quartz tries to close the distance and clinch up but Ozkelius swats him away and circles back towards the center. Quartz dives in for a single leg takedown but Ozkelius sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Quartz breaks the clinch.
Ozkelius looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. Quartz shoots for a takedown but Ozkelius saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Quartz avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Quartz gets tackled into the cage by Ozkelius. Ozkelius maintains the clinch. Ozkelius creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses. Quartz breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Ozkelius looks to land a right hand but Quartz moved out of range. Quartz tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Ozkelius swivels and escapes. Quartz takes one to the chin there. Quartz shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Ozkelius pinned against the cage. Ozkelius gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Quartz looks winded! Quartz steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Ozkelius. Quartz shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Ozkelius as he avoids it easily. Quartz is looking to clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ozkelius misses with a looping right. Ozkelius tests Quartz's chin there with a solid looking shot. Quartz fails with a takedown attempt. Quartz with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Ozkelius to score with a decent uppercut.
That has opened up Benny Quartz's cut even more. Ozkelius misses with an uppercut. Quartz misses with a takedown attempt - Ozkelius sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. No joy there for Ozkelius, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Quartz drops his hands momentarily and Ozkelius takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Quartz is trying desperately to land a takedown but Ozkelius is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Quartz. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Quartz is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Quartz moves out of range of the strikes.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ozkelius throws a big shot that misses. Quartz ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Ozkelius moves away. Ozkelius misses with a hook
and Quartz counters with a one-two to the body. Ozkelius scores with a nice strike. Ozkelius misses with the combination.
Oooooh!!! Ozkelius has knocked Quartz down with a huge combo! Ozkelius steps away and waves a wobbly Quartz back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Quartz is rocked! Ozkelius darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Quartz's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Ozkelius before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Peter Ozkelius! An out of breath Peter Ozkelius thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
