Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mikael Lindgren (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Locke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Locke has chosen Star Wars - Imperial March as his entrance music. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that John Locke was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Ackerman and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling eachother endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.
Lindgren looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Locke is fending him off so far but Lindgren persists. Nope, Locke circles away and we're back to standing.
Locke shoots in and drives through. Lindgren sprawls well.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Locke is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Lindgren defends it well.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
