The judges for this bout are James Glass, Phil Schofield and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ieronymakis displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Du Coudray throws out the jab.
Du Coudray throws a leg kick
and Ieronymakis counters with a shoot takedown. Du Coudray fights it but they end up in guard.
Du Coudray has control of Ieronymakis's left arm, preventing Ieronymakis from doing any damage.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Ieronymakis accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Du Coudray is trying to keep Ieronymakis in close.

That has opened up Tasos Ieronymakis's cut even more.
Du Coudray lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Ieronymakis feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Du Coudrays jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Ieronymakis does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Oh Du Coudray is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Ieronymakis lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Du Coudray crumples to the floor! Ieronymakis milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!
