Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Danial Morse! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Johnny Crasher! The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Steve Erwin and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Crasher tries to clinch up and Morse decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Crasher's guard. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Morse wanted to stand there but Crasher had control of the position. Crasher throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Crasher wants to sweep but no luck.
That's one minute gone in the round. Crasher trying to keep a closed guard but Morse is proving a slippery customer.

We're going to have a standup here because Danial Morse wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. No luck with that takedown attempt from Crasher.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Crasher has a takedown stuffed. Excellent takedown into side control there by Crasher. Crasher lands a few punches from side control. Morse is looking to get back to his feet here but Crasher is keeping cool and he's managed to take Morse's back. Morse holding both Crasher 's hands and preventing any damage. Morse knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Crasher on the ground.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Morse has his hands over his head blocking the strikes from Crasher. You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Will Crasher go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?
Morse looking to stop the rear naked choke attempt by controlling the hands. Crasher has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Morse's body.
Crasher is looking to control Morse but Morse is wriggling around and keeping busy. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Johnny Crasher dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Crasher wants to clinch but Morse slips to the side and Morse counters with a nice double leg into side control. Crasher won't be happy with that. Crasher is looking for a sweep. Morse stands up. Morse gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Crasher to score an easy takedown into full guard. Crasher looking to pass the guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Crasher stays in close to Morse's body and controls the position. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Crasher drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Morse manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Crasher has Morse in his guard. Crasher is trying to control the position but Morse postures up.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Johnny Crasher has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Crasher goes for a double leg but Morse avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Morse continues to drive forward. Crasher has picked Morse up - he's going for a ride! Crasher dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. Crasher thows a huge punch but Morse dodges it nicely.
Crasher slows the pace down in half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Morse wants to get back to his feet.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Crasher is keen to just control but Morse is a slippery customer.
Danial Morse has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Crasher tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Morse swivels and escapes. Crasher takes a swing at Morse's ribcage but misses.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Crasher changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Morse looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Crasher stands up. Crasher tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Morse swivels and escapes. Danial Morse has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Johnny Crasher. Crasher is breathing heavily. Crasher misses with a takedown and Morse counters with a nice double leg into half guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Crasher is looking to control Morse's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Crasher avoid being mounted? And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Johnny Crasher showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
Crasher tries to clinch up but Morse circles away and keeps his distance. Crasher darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Morse is trying to stand up here but Crasher is controlling him well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Morse is refusing to be controlled, as Crasher sits in half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Danial Morse just wasn't active enough. Crasher throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Crasher scores with a head kick. Morse tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
It looks like Danial Morse has been cut. Johnny Crasher seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A combination from Crasher does no damage. Crasher closes the distance but Morse moves to the side and Morse counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Crasher's guard now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Crasher manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Morse trying desperately to get to his feet.
Morse somehow manages to escape the mount and get back to his feet! Crasher is looking to clinch but Morse is avoiding it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Crasher fails with an attempt to clinch.
Crasher has closed the distance and engaged Morse in a clinch.
Crasher pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Crasher tries to clinch up. Crasher goes for a double leg but Morse avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Morse continues to drive forward. Morse wants a takedown.
Crasher breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Morse gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Crasher to score an easy takedown into full guard. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Crasher advances to half guard. Morse is looking to escape. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
And that's the end of the fight! Johnny Crasher comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Crasher has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
