Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Joel Ortiz!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, William Gold and James Atkins.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ortiz swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Dunlap has a takedown stuffed.
Ortiz scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Ortiz throws a combination that misses

and Dunlap counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Dunlap.
Ortiz is looking to stand up but Dunlap isn't so interested in that idea.
Dunlap slips nicely into half guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Dunlap takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Dunlap is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Dunlap stops Ortiz from getting back to his feet.

Dunlap is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Dunlap thows a huge punch but Ortiz dodges it nicely.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Ortiz is trying to escape back to his feet but Dunlap uses the scramble to pass into side control.
Ortiz is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Dunlap asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Ortiz is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
Dunlap wants to lay and pray for a moment but Ortiz keeps working.
Ortiz takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

Dunlap in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Ortiz is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
