Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jon Jorvee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Test Ninja (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ninja has chosen Super Bon Bon - Soul Coughing as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Jon Jorvee has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice defenses there by Ninja.
Ninja shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Ninja drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Ninja pushing down on Jorvee's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
Ninja is looking to advance position but Jorvee won't allow it.

Ninja is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Jorvee defends it well.
Jorvee is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Jorvee wants to sweep but Ninja has passed to side control!
Jorvee tries to improve position but can't.
Ninja has knee on belly and moves into mount.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ninja trying to control but Jorvee is having none of it.
Jorvee has given up his back - I don’t know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Jorvee tries to roll but Ninja sticks to his back.
Jorvee breaks Ninja's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.

Ninja escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Jorvee gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Ninja looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Jorvee will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Ninja has Jorvee pulled in close to control his posture.

Jorvee is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Jorvee drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Ninja manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Jorvee has Ninja in his guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Ninja is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Ninja wants to pass to mount but Jorvee is defending the position.
Jorvee wants to get back to full guard.
Jorvee is in trouble now - Ninja has advanced to mount!

Jorvee tries to escape but Ninja has the hooks in and won't let him break free.

Ninja is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Jorvee has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Jorvee won't enjoy being in this position. Ninja looking for the choke. Oh... he's slipped the arm under the neck - Jorvee is tapping - it's over boys! Ninja picks up the submission victory!
