Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Sosuke Kotani and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bermejo showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Out.
Bermejo will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Out stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Bermejo has taken the fight to the clinch.
Out tries to circle away but Bermejo has him pinned against the cage.
Bermejo ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Bermejo no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

We've been informed that Out has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
Out slaps away a takedown attempt from Bermejo, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Bermejo shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Out sprawls well. Out wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Bermejo gets slowly back to his feet.

Bermejo throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Out's waist but Out gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bermejo off to one side.

Out shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Bermejo eats them both and turns towards Out to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Bermejo shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Out napping and manages to drive through into side control!
