Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Demetrious Johnson Jr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ahmed Babilon Mamed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ahmed Babilon Mamed!
The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Illya Tyunina and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mamed tries to sprawl but Johnson Jr drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Mamed keeping hold of Johnson Jr's head, controlling as best he can.

Johnson Jr wants to pass the guard but Mamed is defending well.
Mamed works his way to full guard. Good work.
Johnson Jr is looking to work some ground and pound but Mamed has wrist control.
Mamed is looking to sweep but instead, Johnson Jr has passed into half guard.
Johnson Jr thows a huge punch but Mamed dodges it nicely.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Johnson Jr accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Johnson Jr stands and steps away. Mamed gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Johnson Jr drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Mamed tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Johnson Jr wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Johnson Jr prevents Mamed from escaping the position.
Johnson Jr stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Mamed moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Johnson Jr manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Mamed on his heels. He'll look to pass Mamed's guard now, I'm sure.

Johnson Jr takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Johnson Jr wants to work for an arm triangle but Mamed is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Johnson Jr seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Mamed does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Mamed tries to roll over but Johnson Jr keeps him under control.
Mamed is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Johnson Jr's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Johnson Jr's back!

Mamed is trying to get back to his feet but Johnson Jr has full control of the position and if anything, Mamed has just worked his way into a worse spot.
Mamed takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

A bit of a pause in the action here. Johnson Jr controlling the positon.
Johnson Jr is working for a rear naked choke. Mamed is not defending it well and Johnson Jr has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Mamed refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Mamed's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
