PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Allen LeFleur (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Milo Talon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Talon just misses with a elbow thrown towards LeFleur's brow.

Talon escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
LeFleur sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

Talon misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

LeFleur changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Talon looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
LeFleur sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Talon is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
LeFleur creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Talon sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

LeFleur looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Talon with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Talon is staying active underneath LeFleur, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
