Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Reynard Acaleem (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Simon Adebesi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adebesi stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Adebesi wants it to stay on the feet.

Acaleem closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Adebesi's guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Acaleem postures up in Adebesi's guard and throws a big left but Adebesi blocks it.
Acaleem has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Adebesi is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Adebesi manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.

Acaleem breaks from the clinch.
Acaleem shoots in for a takedown but Adebesi shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Adebesi closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Adebesi misses with an uppercut. Acaleem saw that one coming.

No joy there for Adebesi, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Oh Acaleem is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Adebesi lands with a big right hook that stumbles Acaleem - he's out on his feet here! Adebesi follows up with another monster hook that separates Acaleem from consciousness! Acaleem falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Adebesi stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
