The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boxer shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Congo wants to clinch.

Congo rushes Boxer and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Congo throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Boxer is breathing heavily.
Congo lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Congo lands a hook to the side of the head.
Boxer is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Congo gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Diego Boxer. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Congo lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Boxer backwards.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Congo unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Boxer! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Congo is unloading with more strikes now! Boxer drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
