Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kareem Evans (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Muhammad Ali (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kareem Evans!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Muhammad Ali!
The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Alyssa Summers and Steve Montenegro.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Evans misses with an uppercut
and Ali counters with a lovely shot to the body.

Evans closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Evans breaks from the clinch.

Evans closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Evans is keen to just control but Ali is a slippery customer.
Ali wants to improve his position but Evans is controlling well.

Ali is trying to get back to full guard.

Evans looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Evans's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Kareem Evans is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Evans shoots in looking for a takedown but Ali manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Evans's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Ali throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Evans throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Ali connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Evans's hands.
Ali tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Evans defends well and Ali ends up having to push Evans into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Evans tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Ali smiles and moves away.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Ali throws a push kick but Evans slaps the foot to one side.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close second round but I would say that Kareem Evans will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Evans might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Evans, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
