Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Vlad Kersikov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Riley McCollins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kersikov's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Dappy - Good Intentions. The crowd seem to be enjoying McCollins's choice of entrance music: The Go Getter. Vlad Kersikov could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Riley McCollins's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kersikov loads up on a big right hand but McCollins slips the punch. Kersikov looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Kersikov moves into the clinch successfully.
A head punch on the inside from Kersikov fails to land. A nice left hand lands by Kersikov.

McCollins fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Kersikov has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. McCollins steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Kersikov. Kersikov throws a push kick but McCollins slaps the foot to one side. McCollins lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
It looks like Vlad Kersikov has been cut.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kersikov tries to clinch but McCollins is having none of it. McCollins throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Kersikov. McCollins takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Kersikov lands with a nice body punch. McCollins on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Kersikov takes a shot right to the bread basket. Kersikov throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Good exchange - McCollins coming out on top. A leg kick checked by McCollins. McCollins tries to move into range but Kersikov moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Kersikov lands a nice shot to the body.

That's four minutes gone in the round. McCollins misses with a straight right. Kersikov digs a good hook to McCollins's body.
Kersikov is looking to score with low kicks. Kersikov sizes up McCollins with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Nice defenses there by McCollins. Kersikov thows a body shot but no joy. McCollins fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. McCollins closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Kersikov throws a shot to the body.
McCollins throws a leg kick that is checked and Kersikov counters with a nice uppercut. Kersikov tries a head kick but it misses.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Kersikov cracks the inside of McCollins's front leg. McCollins moves out of range of the leg kick from Kersikov. Vlad Kersikov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A jab from Kersikov finds it's way through McCollins's defenses. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Vlad Kersikov dominated that round. The cut man is working on Vlad Kersikov's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Kersikov scores with a jab to the body. Vlad Kersikov is winning the standup battle so far. McCollins getting the better of the striking in that exchange. McCollins ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Kersikov moves away. Kersikov does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Kersikov fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and McCollins has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. McCollins drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Kersikov swinging wildly here.

Kersikov looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Kersikov scores with a kick to the body.

McCollins rushes Kersikov and presses him up against the cage. Kersikov on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
McCollins is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Kersikov is defending well for now. Kersikov jumps guard and drags McCollins to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Kersikov not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Kersikov is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Kersikov escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. McCollins gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Kersikov being controlled here, momentarily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kersikov is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! McCollins rolls with it to try and escape but Kersikov cranks on the arm and McCollins is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
