Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between TJ Wallis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Sajdak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sajdak has chosen Thrift Shop as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Joe Sajdak will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, TJ Wallis! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Joe Sajdak! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Gwen Towbar and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wallis dodges the punch combination from Sajdak.
Wallis takes the fight into the clinch. Sajdak tries to break the clinch but Wallis is controlling the position. Wallis looking for a takedown. Sajdak tries to circle away but Wallis has him pinned against the cage. Wallis escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Sajdak looks to land a combination but Wallis avoids it well. Joe Sajdak seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A low kick from Sajdak is predictable there and Wallis counters with a left and a right that stings Sajdak. Sajdak swinging wildly here.
Sajdak throws a leg kick but Wallis sees it coming and checks it nicely. Sajdak pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Wallis back to the cage. Sajdak follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Sajdak misses with a double jab.
Wallis tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Sajdak manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Wallis drives through with a takedown into guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Sajdak is trying to keep Wallis in close.
Wallis's corner is telling him to maintain position. Sajdak is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Wallis pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Sajdak is keeping the position for now. Sajdak is looking for a triangle but Wallis pushes his legs off easily.
Wallis wants to stand but Sajdak has a closed guard, so he can't escape. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sajdak trying to control the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sajdak keeping moving, preventing Wallis from controlling successfully.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Wallis checks the leg kick nicely there.
Sajdak swats away the attempt to clinch by Wallis. Wallis changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Sajdak tries to avoid it but Wallis manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Sajdak to the ground. Sajdak escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Wallis tries to clinch but Sajdak moves away and Sajdak counters with a nice uppercut. Sajdak scores with a hook to the body. Wallis takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Sajdak misses with a body kick. Wallis fails with an attempt to clinch.
Sajdak shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Wallis sprawls well. Wallis wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Sajdak gets slowly back to his feet. Sajdak defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Wallis. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for TJ Wallis. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wallis fails with a takedown attempt. Sajdak misses with a double jab.
Sajdak misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Sajdak shoots for a double leg takedown but Wallis sprawls well. He's pushed Sajdak's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Wallis wants to clinch but Sajdak slips to the side and Sajdak counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Wallis throws a right hand that Sajdak ducks under and follows up with a left that Sajdak also avoids with ease. Wallis pushes Sajdak up against the cage in a clinch. Wallis prevents Sajdak from breaking the clinch. Sajdak is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Wallis gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Sajdak has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wallis gets control of Sajdak's arms and successfully pulls guard. Wallis will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Wallis controlling Sajdak's posture. Sajdak gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. A head kick misses from Wallis. Sajdak slaps away a takedown attempt from Wallis, before circling back to the center of the mat. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Wallis shoots in looking for a takedown but Sajdak manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Wallis's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Wallis is breathing heavily. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Sajdak throws a leg kick but Wallis sees it coming and moves out of range. Sajdak lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
It looks like TJ Wallis has been cut. Sajdak defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Wallis. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Joe Sajdak will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on TJ Wallis's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Sajdak connects with a single shot there. Wallis takes one on the button. Wallis closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Sajdak to the mat! Sajdak manages to get full guard. Wallis wants to control from the top but Sajdak keeps moving. Sajdak is looking to stand up but Wallis isn't so interested in that idea. Sajdak managing to control the position. Sajdak is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Wallis is controlling him.
That's one minute gone in the round.
The ref stands the fighters back up. TJ Wallis wasn't doing enough on the ground. Wallis gets a clinch. Wallis is trying to drag Sajdak to the mat but Sajdak just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Wallis stops a takedown attempt from Sajdak.
Wallis tries to pull guard but Sajdak won't allow it.
Sajdak has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Wallis is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Sajdak wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Wallis looking to slow down the pace here. Wallis is stalling here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sajdak breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
A combination from Wallis does no damage. TJ Wallis is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Sajdak ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Sloppy strikes from Sajdak. Those never looked like landing. Sajdak slaps away a takedown attempt from Wallis, before circling back to the center of the mat. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for TJ Wallis. That's going to take a lot out of him. Wallis throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Wallis shoots in looking for a takedown but Sajdak manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Wallis's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Sajdak throws a series of strikes that have Wallis backpedaling.

Wallis changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Sajdak tries to avoid it but Wallis manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Sajdak to the ground. That's four minutes gone in the round. Sajdak moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. This has been an exciting period of action! Sajdak lands with a good body shot. Sajdak stalks Wallis and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Wallis's face. Wallis staggers backwards, shaken. Sajdak lands with a nice combination. Wallis backs away looking to recover. Sajdak shoots for a takedown but Wallis saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Sajdak throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Wallis looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Sajdak! Sajdak is not content to let Wallis control the position. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Wallis decides to take the fight back to the feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Joe Sajdak showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on TJ Wallis's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Wallis stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Wallis wants it to stay on the feet. Sajdak fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
That's one minute gone in the round. No luck for Sajdak with that takedown attempt. TJ Wallis has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Joe Sajdak. A punch combination from Sajdak misses. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Wallis. Wallis misses with a head kick.
Wallis tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Wallis dives in and grabs Sajdak's left leg, looking for a takedown. Sajdak pushes down on Wallis's head and hops out. Wallis tries to close the distance and clinch but Sajdak swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Wallis avoids a punch combination nicely.
Sajdak lands with a cross. Wallis shoots in looking for a takedown but Sajdak manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Wallis's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wallis tries to clinch but Sajdak is having none of it. Sajdak throws a series of punches but Wallis avoids them all with ease. A bone on bone clash there as Wallis blocks the leg kick.
Sajdak goes for a double leg but Wallis avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Wallis continues to drive forward. Sajdak tries to pull guard but Wallis holds him up against the cage and eventually Sajdak drops back down to his feet.
Wallis lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Sajdak works his way to full guard. Good work. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Wallis tries to stand but Sajdak is controlling from the bottom. Sajdak has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Wallis can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. TJ Wallis overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sajdak trying to keep a closed guard but Wallis is proving a slippery customer.
Wallis gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Sajdak lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Wallis backs up against the cage.
The fight stays on the outside here - Wallis looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Sajdak throws a right and a left that Wallis avoids nicely. A head kick by Sajdak misses and Wallis counters with a takedown into side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sajdak stops Wallis from passing to mount. Wallis wants to control for a moment but Sajdak uses the opportunity to move back to half guard. Wallis is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Wallis raining down shots from the mount! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. The referee warns Sajdak that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
And that's the end of the fight! TJ Wallis showed his dominance in that final round. I think Sajdak has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

In favor of your winner, by unanimous decision... Joe Sajdak! Joe Sajdak decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
