The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Holiday throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kiviluola's waist but Kiviluola gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Holiday off to one side.
Holiday has a takedown stuffed.
A head kick misses from Kiviluola.
Holiday shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Kiviluola pinned against the cage. Kiviluola gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Marko Kiviluola has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Peter Holiday.

Holiday rushes Kiviluola and presses him up against the cage.

Kiviluola misses with a jab, cross combination.
Holiday tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Kiviluola paws at him with a jab and circles away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Holiday stands up and beckons Kiviluola to his feet.

Holiday feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Kiviluola's calf.
Kiviluola swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Kiviluola lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Holiday can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Kiviluola and Holiday drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Kiviluola.
