The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Shigeki Fujiwara and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marnota doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Lin counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Lin drops an elbow to the side of Marnota's head.
It looks like Czarek Marnota has been cut.
Marnota manages to get to full guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Lin avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Marnota is trying to control the position but Lin postures up.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Marnota is on top in guard.
Lin might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Marnota postures up.
Lin looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Lin controls Marnota momentarily but Marnota frees himself.
Marnota wants to control from the top but Lin keeps moving.
That's one minute gone in the round.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Marnota gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Lin counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Marnota!
Marnota tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Marnota struggling a bit here.
Marnota is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Lin off and has taken his back!
Lin knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Marnota on the ground.
Marnota has his arm under Lin's chin here. Game over son! Marnota squeezes tightly and Lin is forced to tap out!
