Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Diego Guerra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Day Man (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Guerra might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Blink-182 - Heart's All Gone. The crowd seem to be enjoying Man's choice of entrance music: Day Man Remix. Diego Guerra has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The judges for this bout are Josh West, Jeff Smith and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guerra throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Man's waist but Man gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Guerra off to one side.
Man lands a right hook to the body.
Man connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Man throws a body punch but Guerra moves out of range.
We've been informed that Man has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

A shot to the liver by Man. Beautiful body shot.
Guerra takes one to the chin there.
It looks like Diego Guerra has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Man with a hook.
Guerra closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Man to the mat! Man manages to get full guard.
Man looking to hit a scissor sweep but Guerra is one step ahead there.
Guerra has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Guerra's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Guerra can't keep his opponent in guard - Man advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Man is trying to control the action in half guard but Guerra is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Man uses his free foot to push down on Guerra's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Guerra.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Man is thwarting Guerra's attempts to control the position.
Man is taking a breather. Guerra says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Guerra is refusing to be controlled, as Man sits in half guard.
Guerra tries to get to full guard but Man has control of the leg.
Man is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Guerra!

Guerra is wriggling around trying to escape.
Guerra tries to hold on but Man postures up.
Man is in the full mount, landing strikes.
Guerra is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

Guerra is looking to improve his position but Man isn't that keen on the idea.
Man fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

The referee warns Guerra that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Man takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Man drops Guerra with a big left hand and mounts him. Guerra is in big trouble!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

A big strike lands for Man! That's really hurt Guerra and he's turned his back - Man keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Man jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!

An out of breath Day Man thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
