0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Roman Peltier! The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Paulsen Ambrosius and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Peltier shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Bender pinned against the cage. Bender gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Peltier shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Bender has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Peltier is working away from the top position though. The referee calls for the fighters to work.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Roman Peltier. Bender shoots and misses and Peltier counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Peltier's corner is telling him to maintain position. Peltier sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Bender's guard. Peltier controlling the pace.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Peltier passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Bender! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Peltier controlling from mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bender is bucking up trying to escape but Peltier cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Bender might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Peltier controlling his opponent.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Peltier avoids the attempt from Bender to control. Bender is trying desperately to improve position. Peltier controlling from mount. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Let's hope that Peltier has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

No luck for Bender with that takedown attempt. Bender tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Bender slaps away a takedown attempt from Peltier, before circling back to the center of the mat. Peltier looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Peltier doesn't manage to clinch there - Bender circles away.
Bender misses with a takedown attempt and Peltier counters with a shoot takedown. Bender fights it but they end up in guard. Peltier engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Peltier looking to pass the guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Peltier content to stall in guard here. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Roman Peltier. Peltier displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Bender. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Thaddeus Bender. That's going to take a lot out of him. Peltier shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Bender napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Roman Peltier showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Thaddeus Bender's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. And we move into the final round!

Peltier takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Roman Peltier has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Bender has a takedown stuffed. Peltier shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Bender is trying to defend but Peltier finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Peltier performing his best blanket impression for a moment. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Peltier connects with a nice short shot to Bender's temple.
And that's the end of the fight! Roman Peltier comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Peltier has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
