Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Arlie Durham! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Anarchy Reigns! The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Micheangelo Fripello and Roger Salmon.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Reigns tries to clinch but Durham is having none of it. Reigns lands with a hook. Durham tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Reigns closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Durham to the mat! Durham manages to get full guard. Reigns keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Durham's head. Reigns has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Reigns in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Reigns postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Reigns looking to pass the guard. Durham could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Reigns wants to control from the top but Durham keeps moving. Reigns slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Anarchy Reigns was stalling too much, according to the referee. Durham circles away from the clinch attempt.
Reigns shoots for a takedown but Durham saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Left hook, right uppercut from Reigns.
It looks like Arlie Durham has been cut. Nice straight punches there by Reigns. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Reigns. Reigns misses with a wild combination.
Reigns feints a jab promting Durham to slip. Reigns then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Durham slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Anarchy Reigns seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Reigns shoots in for a takedown but Durham shows good takedown defense. Reigns throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Reigns will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Reigns scores with a jab. Durham acknowledges it with a nod of the head. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Reigns tries to clinch up and Durham counters with a nice double leg into side control. Reigns won't be happy with that.
That's three minutes gone in the round. You can see the frustration on Reigns's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Durham gets to mount! Reigns was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly. Reigns tries to hold on but Durham postures up. Reigns might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Durham haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Reigns is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Reigns is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Reigns tries to lock up and control but Durham gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Reigns looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back! Reigns looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Durham has the hooks in. Reigns is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Anarchy Reigns dominated that round. The cut man is working on Arlie Durham's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Reigns cracks Durham with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Reigns looks to score with a jab to the body but Durham is just out of range. Reigns pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Durham back to the cage. Reigns follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Reigns looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Reigns takes a swing at Durham's ribcage but misses. Reigns is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. Reigns fails to land the takedown. Reigns shoots in looking for a takedown but Durham manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Reigns's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Reigns shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Durham manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Reigns trying to control the position from guard on top but Durham is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Durham wriggles free and stands up. Reigns throws a right hand that Durham ducks under and follows up with a left that Durham also avoids with ease.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Reigns shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Reigns throwing shots but Durham is blocking nicely. Durham is staying active underneath Reigns, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Reigns throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Reigns is looking for a kimura but Durham is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Reigns to get the leverage. Reigns is trying to control the action in half guard but Durham is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Reigns is looking to stall here but Durham recovers full guard. Durham might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Reigns trying to control but Durham is working from the bottom. Reigns controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Anarchy Reigns hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Reigns tries to clinch but Durham is having none of it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Durham showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Reigns.
Reigns throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Reigns. Arlie Durham has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Anarchy Reigns. Reigns misses with a few strikes there.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Reigns swings away with a body shot that misses
and Durham counters with a single leg into guard. Reigns didn't expect that. Reigns looking for a sweep. Not yet Reigns, not yet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Anarchy Reigns showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Arlie Durham's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. And we move into the final round!

Reigns wants to control the position but Durham says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard. Durham is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Reigns landing small, sideways elbows. Durham stands up out of the half guard. Reigns scores with a decent looking hook. Reigns decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Reigns not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Durham keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.

Reigns seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Durham does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Reigns lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Reigns is trying to work for a kimura but Durham is defending well.

Reigns eventually gives up the hold. Durham is staying active underneath Reigns, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Reigns is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Reigns is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Reigns working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Durham utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Reigns trying to control the position from guard on top but Durham is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Reigns is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Reigns wants to control from the top but Durham keeps moving. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Durham manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
And that's the end of the fight! Anarchy Reigns comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Reigns has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
