Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Danny Cooper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Test Noing (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cooper comes to the cage accompanied by Here Comes the Boom. The crowd seem to be enjoying Noing's choice of entrance music: Seize the Day. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Danny Cooper! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Test Noing! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cooper shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Noing wants to hold on but Cooper pushes him away. Cooper lands a big shot there that rocks Noing but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Cooper lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Noing hang on? Cooper raining down shots from the mount! Cooper goes for an armbar but Noing turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Noing. Noing stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Cooper swivels though and keeps the full guard. Noing trying to control but Cooper is working from the bottom. Cooper is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Noing dives into side control.
Noing decides to stand back up. Noing steps back and let's Cooper get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cooper throws out a leg kick but Noing moves out of range and Cooper only half commits. Cooper shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Noing wants to control but Cooper is having none of it. Noing is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Cooper looking to control but Noing is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Noing tries to lock up and control but Cooper gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Noing might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Cooper kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Noing is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Cooper is staying active. Cooper landing strikes from the mount and Noing is in trouble! Cooper is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Noing has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Noing! Noing trying to control the position from guard on top but Cooper is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Noing looks gassed! Cooper trying to keep a closed guard but Noing is proving a slippery customer.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Cooper is pulling down on Noing's head. It's preventing any offense from Noing, at least for the moment. Cooper wants to stand up but Noing is controlling him.

Noing is fighting to break Cooper's control of his arms but Cooper is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Noing wants to control from the top but Cooper keeps moving. Cooper looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Cooper on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Cooper tries to get out of the position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Cooper is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Cooper clinches. Noing is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Cooper gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Noing is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Cooper pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Danny Cooper seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Cooper shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Cooper knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Noing on the ground. Noing has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Cooper is working away from the top position though. Cooper is working for an americana but Noing has been sneaky and has managed to get back to half guard, whilst Cooper was thinking about the submission. Noing is trying to control the position but Cooper postures up. Noing wants to stand and escape but Cooper is having none of it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Noing doesn't succeed with the takedown and Cooper counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Cooper trying to advance position but Noing counters by regaining guard. Noing not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Cooper won't allow Noing to sweep him here. Cooper is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Noing doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Cooper has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Noing is proving hard to escape from. Cooper won't allow Noing to sweep him here. Noing keeping full guard, as Cooper tries to pass. Cooper has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Cooper shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Noing's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Noing controls Cooper momentarily but Cooper frees himself. Cooper trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Cooper postures up.
Cooper distracts Noing with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Cooper working some strikes from top position. Noing looking to control.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Cooper shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cooper scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Noing tries to hold on but Cooper pushes him away. Noing manages to regain half guard. Good work. Noing trying to control here.
Noing is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Noing is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Cooper pulls his head out easily. Cooper tries to pass the half guard into mount. Noing knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cooper landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Noing trying to control here.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Cooper gets a takedown into half guard. Noing trying to hold on to Cooper's head to control him but Cooper postures up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Noing tries to roll over but Cooper keeps him under control. Noing wants to control but Cooper is keeping busy.

Cooper moves into range and clinches up with Noing. Cooper has picked Noing up - he's going for a ride! Cooper dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. Cooper sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Noing defending well though. Cooper is thwarting Noing's attempts to control the position. Cooper is stalling here. Noing is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Cooper seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Noing has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. Cooper is looking for a sweep. Noing wants to control but Cooper is keeping him busy. Danny Cooper overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. A control attempt from Cooper but he's now mounted! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Noing stands up from mount. Strange move.

Cooper scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Cooper laying and praying for a moment but Noing takes advantage and regains half guard. Cooper is keen to just control but Noing is a slippery customer. Noing is trying to control but can't.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Cooper closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Noing ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Noing no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Cooper wants to control from the top but Noing keeps moving. Noing had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Cooper is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Noing Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Cooper's back instead. Noing looking for the RNC.

Well, with Noing on his back, surely it's only a matter of time before Cooper is tapping out... Can he escape the position? Cooper staying busy and making it hard for Noing to control. Cooper might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Cooper defending nicely against the rear naked choke attempt.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Noing is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Cooper defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined. Noing tries to get the hooks in deep but Cooper pushed the leg off. I really don't envy Cooper right now.
Cooper looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment. Cooper rolls, trying to escape but Noing keeps control of the position.

And that's the end of the fight! Danny Cooper showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Cooper, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
