And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Franklyn Lucas and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wilcox rushes Conroy and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Conroy wants to take the fight to the mat but Wilcox manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Wilcox successfully pulls guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Wilcox is controlling Conroy's posture.
Wilcox is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Conroy gets to his feet - Wilcox follows without any prompting.
Conroy tries to score a power double leg takedown but Wilcox sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Conroy somewhat.
Wilcox feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Wilcox knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Conroy on the ground.
Wilcox is sitting in close to Conroy's body. Conroy has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Wilcox is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Wilcox is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Conroy.
