The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Richard Clark and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lodano dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
De Touro stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Lodano.
Lodano works the jab nicely.
It looks like Aldebaran De Touro has been cut.
We've been told by Lodano's head coaches at Evade MMA that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
De Touro walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Nice uppercut lands for Lodano. That snapped De Touro's head back.
De Touro misses with a takedown attempt - Lodano sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Lodano feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits De Touros jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Lodano closes the distance and clinches.
Lodano lands a nice uppercut.

Lodano unloads with a big right hand that wobbles De Touro! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Lodano is unloading with more strikes now! De Touro drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Lucas Lodano!
Lucas Lodano retains his heavyweight title!
A relieved looking Lucas Lodano thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
