Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bernard Cornwell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmy Bawsoot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Bernard Cornwell has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Bernard Cornwell seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick by Cornwell misses
and Bawsoot counters with a single leg into guard. Cornwell didn't expect that.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Cornwell seems keen to control Bawsoot's posture.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bawsoot not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Bawsoot throws a big elbow that misses.
Bawsoot postures up in Cornwell's guard and throws a big left but Cornwell blocks it.
Cornwell is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Bawsoot frees his head nicely. Oh but Cornwell has switched to an armbar! Bawsoot is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
