Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Willis Baker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Studd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jon Studd has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Willis Baker's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Willis Baker! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jon Studd! The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Wagner Zegers and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Studd misses with a looping left. A jab lands there for Studd.
It looks like Willis Baker has been cut. Studd pushing out the jab but it's not landing. A jab from Studd does it's job there. Studd lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Baker circles away quickly and effectively. Studd throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Studd looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Studd dips down and scores with a jab to the body. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Studd uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
That's one minute gone in the round. Studd throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

and Baker counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Studd tries to kick Baker off in order to stand up. Baker Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control. Studd tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Baker presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount! Studd is in all sorts of trouble here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Baker is looking to stand but Baker has his arms wrapped tightly around him, looking to prevent the damage.
Studd tries to reverse the position but Baker maintains control. Studd has given up his back here.
Baker has the hooks in. Studd is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Studd is still trying to improve position. Baker is looking to control Studd but Studd is wriggling around and keeping busy.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Studd tries to roll but Baker sticks to his back.
Baker is not going to allow Studd to sit and survive in this position. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jon Studd dominated that round. The cut man is working on Willis Baker's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Studd's corner calls for a 1-2. Studd obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Studd waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Baker. Studd looks to land a combination but Baker avoids it well. Studd throws a jab when Baker was well out of range. Baker takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

and Baker counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Studd!
That's one minute gone in the round. Baker wants to stand but Studd has his arm trapped. Studd is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Studd trying his best to control but Baker has mounted him.

Studd throws a strike but has given up his back in the process.
Studd is trying to stand back up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Studd trying to control the hands but Baker won't let him.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Baker has the hooks in. Studd is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted. Studd trying to control but not successfully. Studd is in bad spot here.

Jon Studd showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Willis Baker's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Studd comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Studd jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Studd throws a hook to the side of Baker's head but Baker sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. We've been informed that Studd has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. Studd throws a shot to the body.
Baker steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Studd. Studd swings and misses with a hook to the body.

and Baker counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Baker would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Studd wants to sweep here but Baker controlling him for the moment. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Studd is looking to sweep but instead, Baker has passed into half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Baker stands up from half guard. Studd swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Studd fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Baker looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Studd thuds a left hand into Baker's body. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Studd misses with a hook. Baker ducked under it nicely. A telegraphed right hand from Studd misses the target. Studd looks to throw the jab but Baker is out of range. Oooooh!!! Studd has knocked Baker down with a huge combo! Studd steps away and waves a wobbly Baker back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Baker is rocked! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Baker slips under a jab from Studd. Oh Baker is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Jon Studd seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Studd throws a hook to the side of Baker's head but Baker sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Studd missing with a left hand there. Baker was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Studd throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Baker sees it coming and avoids it easily. Baker seems to have got his legs back now. Baker ducks under a wild hook from Studd.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Studd misses with a hook. Baker moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Willis Baker's cut is getting worse. Studd misses with an uppercut. Baker saw that one coming. Baker blocks a jab. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Today's fight clock is brought to you by... OOOH that's a huge shot by Studd! Baker is in big trouble here - the ref steps in to save him and this one is all over!
