Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Max Mega (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yusuke Nakamura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mega comes to the cage accompanied by Black and Yellow. Nakamura has chosen Tool - Sober as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

15 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Yusuke Nakamura!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, John Mangel and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Nakamura.
Mega just misses with a punch to the body.
Mega darts in looking for a takedown but Nakamura gets double underhooks and turns Mega into the cage.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Mega as Nakamura tries to tie him up.
Nakamura swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Nakamura is looking to take this one to the mat.
Nakamura changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Mega fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Mega has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Mega is trying to stand up here but Nakamura is controlling him well.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Nakamura cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Mega is in a horrible position here. Nakamura smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

You get the feeling that Mega really doesn't like being in this position too much.
