The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ward throws the left hand but Selson avoids the punch easily.
Selson shoots in and drives through. Ward sprawls well.
Ward misses the body punch
and Selson moves into the clinch.
Ward stalling in the clinch but Selson improves position.
Selson has hold of one of Ward's legs. Ward is fighting the takedown attempt but Selson gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Ward looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Ward is looking to stand up but Selson isn't so interested in that idea.
