Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Henry Percy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Rocket Moon!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, James Ackerman and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Percy fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Moon manages to avoid it.
Moon slips under a jab from Percy.
Percy throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Moon counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Moon takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Moon throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Percy stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Good work by Moon as he checks the leg kick.
Percy swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Moon swings for the body but Percy moves out of range.
Percy throws a series of punches but Moon moves out of range.
A big right from Moon misses.
Percy rushes Moon and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Moon tries to throw a body punch but Percy avoids it by throwing Moon back against the cage.
Moon lands a left hand that snaps the head of Percy backwards.
Percy lands a hook that snaps the head of Moon backwards.
Percy lands with a left to the head.
Percy blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Percy pushes Moon back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Percy lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Moon misses with some punches.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Still in the clinch, Percy scores with a nice short uppercut.
Percy lands a right hand that snaps the head of Moon backwards.
Moon is rocked!
Moon blocks an uppercut.
Moon is still on wobbly legs! Can Percy finish him?
A head punch on the inside from Percy fails to land.
Percy misses with a punch on the inside.
Percy unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Moon! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Percy is unloading with more strikes now! Moon drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Henry Percy!
